employment surveys

Today I completed a 240 question behavioral survey, (Iguess thats what you would call it) to apply for a job that includes mopping floors.

It keeps asking you the same questions over and over, in a little different format hoping you will slip up.

Does anyone out there know what these things are looking for?

How to get up and out

Just turned 50 yesterday. Been technically unemployed since mid June. The job search is going nowhere. Wake up every day with a positive attitude and try to keep the hopelessness from creeping in by the end of the day. Hopelessness for finding work, not for life, I have a great family and a great life. I'm realizing that I have to get my own thing going, and maybe get some updated education in the near future.
